Manitoba PNP Draw

Manitoba is the latest province in Canada to hold its provincial nominee program draw. It allows candidates to immigrate under the Manitoba PNP (MPNP). The latest draw saw the province send out 349 invites across different streams. Among them, 64 candidates received invites under the Express Entry (EE) draws.

Manitoba invited 296 candidates under the Skilled Workers in Manitoba stream. The cut-off EOI score for the candidates was 447. The province also invited 13 candidates from the Skilled Workers Overseas program. The cut-off score for them was 712.

Lastly, Manitoba invited 40 candidates from the International Education Stream. However, the candidates didn’t have to satisfy any cut-off scores.

Manitoba’s immigration program has attracted people from across the world. It allows people to settle in a better place by registering with the Manitoba PNP. The process is entirely online and candidates don’t need to be in the country.

Registering on Manitoba PNP (MPNP)  allows candidates to be eligible for different immigration streams. They can take advantage of programs like Skilled Workers in Manitoba. Additionally, streams like Skilled Workers Overseas can allow candidates to progress on the path of PR.

However, candidates will be evaluated on 1,000 marks. They can get points based on education, work experience, and other factors. Candidates with the highest scores receive invitations to settle in the province.

Candidates applying to the Skilled Workers Overseas stream need to satisfy additional requirements. They should have some ties with Manitoba like family connections. Temporary residents of the province may also be eligible under the stream.

International graduates can also aim to become permanent residents by studying in Manitoba.

Moreover, successful candidates will receive extra 600 points for their CRS. It improves their eligibility for EE draws on the federal level.

However, candidates can choose to directly apply for EE without relying on PNPs.
